The office building located in Block 43 in New Belgrade is a modern business building and is one of the benchmarks of a business and shopping center that is developing in this part of the city.
With our architectural approach we tried not just only to fit into the existing surroundings context, where the office buildings dominate, but we also tried to give a new expression and manuscript with the unique architectural expression.

The building has 15 283 m² Net area, of which more than 8600 m² belongs to a rentable office space.
The ground floor of the building is made up of different structures and is intended for service activities and show room spaces.
The structural glazing façade of the building gives a dynamic and playful note and at the same time a very reduced and elegant form that a modern business object requires.
