Located within the K District residential development, just steps away from Kalemegdan Fortress, this project involved the design of a luxurious duplex apartment tailored for contemporary family living.
The guiding concept was to create a warm and elegant interior through the extensive use of natural materials, with wood playing a central role in defining the character of the space. Rich dark tones, carefully balanced with lighter surfaces and subtle lighting, contribute to a sophisticated and refined atmosphere.
Particular attention was dedicated to the organization of the apartment. The children's private area occupies a separate floor, featuring not only their bedrooms but also an independent lounge designed for play, study, and social activities. This layout creates clearly defined zones that provide both family togetherness and the privacy required by each member of the household.
The result is an interior that successfully combines luxury, functionality, and the warmth of a family home, enhanced by carefully crafted details and a high level of material and workmanship quality.
