This is a multi building complex, consisting of Residential home for elderly care and Medical building. The assignment was to renovate two existing residential buildings and to connect them with one completely new building with medical care. Investment company did the concept design. Our task was to develop the Main Project and Construction drawings.
Following the contract we did the BIM model together with associates for Structural design and MEP design.
